It is with deep sadness that we have to announce the passing of loved Pastor, Rev (Colonel) Robbie Hall QGM, on Friday 6th November 2020. As a church we are grieving the loss of our rock, our friend and leader.

COVID 19 ruling will necessitate that the funeral will be private.

Robbie’s funeral
This will take place on Wednesday 18th November at 11:00 am.  Due to Covid 19 restrictions, attendance is limited to family and close friends, by invitation only.  For this reason, the service will be livestreamed on YouTube.  The stream will go live at about 10:50 am to give you time to connect before the service starts.  The link below will take you straight to the livestream on the day.

We have set an online Book of Condolence to enable people to leave memories of Robbie,  and messages for Helen and the family.  This is a necessary method to avoid the issues that would be created using a physical book during this pandemic.  Once all messages have been left we will be able to have the online version printed up into a hardbound book that can be kept.

The link below will take you to the online page.  Below the eulogy  is an “Add New Condolence Message” link.  If you click onto this link and then scroll down the page, you will see the option to add a photo and/or type a message of your own.  There are also other options to add video messages, written messages etc. should you wish to do this.  Once you have entered your message you will need to tick the “Content Acceptance” box and click on the “Submit” button.  Please double check your message before you submit it as it can’t be changed once entered.  If you have any problems using the site then please let me know and I’ll help in any way I can.

Please circulate this link as widely as you wish as we know Robbie touched so many people during his life.

There will be a Service of Thanksgiving for those who wish to attend as soon as we are able to hold one.

Further information will be given on the website as soon as it is available.

In advance we thank everyone who sends their sympathy, supportive prayers and love.
